A brewery management sim built in Godot with AI doing most of the coding.

A brewery management sim built in Godot 4 where I’m the product owner and Claude Code writes the code. It’s been a brilliant experiment in AI-assisted game development — 1,220+ tests, 6 stages of post-MVP content, and hundreds of commits, nearly all generated by AI agents.

The game’s got interactive brewing with hop timelines, staff you can hire and specialise, an equipment upgrade path, a 20-node research tree, market dynamics with seasonal demand, and a full meta-progression system across runs. There’s even a fork where you choose between artisan and mass-market brewing.
